Who will bell the cat

My son got a short children's story book as a gift. So naturally i had to read it. This was a collection of 3 famous stories along with their morals. Now if someone is trying to teach my kid something i have to know the validity of that teaching.

Let me present you the stories and the morals listed in book alongwith what i felt about them.

Title	Moral	My Observation
The grasshopper and the ants	It is wise to plan ahead for hard times	No one can argue against it.
The mice in the council	It is no use having bright ideas if they are impossible to do.	Now this is something which doesn't make sense. It is discourages from sharing one's idea to others. Unless we communicate how will we know what works and what doesn't.
The salt merchant and his donkey	Don't be surprised if your own trick is played on you	Not much of a moral in it. But i am not very opposed to it either.
